Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our pieces, all sales are final. Amannaé does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at the sole discretion of Amannaé. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact. Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
